Mr. He was one of the founders of the Company in 1995 and was named Chairman and CEO in 2001. From March 1996 to July 1999, Mr. He served as CEO of Dongguan Xin Dao Molding Company. From March 1993 to December 1995, he served as the Senior Manager at Hong Kong Dongjiang Group, Inc. Mr. He obtained an MBA degree from Zhongshan University in 2005.

Mr. Staloff started his professional career in 1968 at the US Securities & Exchange Commission. From December 2005 to May 2007, Mr. Staloff served as Chairman of the Board of SFB Market Systems, Inc., a New Jersey-based company that provides technology solutions for the management and generation of options series data. From March 2003 to December 2005, Mr. Staloff was an independent consultant. From June 1990 to March 2003, Mr. Staloff served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Bloom Staloff Corporation, an equity and options market-making firm and foreign currency options floor broker. Mr. Staloff served as a director for Lehman Brothers Derivative Products Inc. from 1994 until October 2008. Mr. Staloff currently serves on the boards of several NASDAQ listed companies including Shiner International, Inc., a packaging and anti-counterfeit plastic film company; AgFeed Industries, Inc., a feed and commercial hog producer and SmartHeat Inc., an energy savings equipment company.

From 1994 to the present time, Mr. Hua held various management positions at the Bank of China and is currently the General Manager of the Treasury Department of the Bank of China Shenzhen Branch. Mr. Hua holds a Master's Degree in World Economics from Fudan University and a Senior Economist Certificate from the Bank of China.

Dr. Xu has been a professor of Aerospace Automation at the China Northwestern Industrial University for over 20 years. Mr. Hua received a bachelor's degree from China Northwestern Industrial University in Aerospace Automation in July of 1980 and a doctorate of Aerospace Automation in July of 1987.

Mr. Zhao joined the Company's board of directors in 2009. He was later appointed President in 2009. From December 1997 to 2009, Mr. Zhao was the President of Kaito Electronics, Inc., an electronic product designer and manufacturer. From 1989 to 1997, Mr. Zhao was a Department Manager at CEIEC Shenzhen, an educational equipment and instrument company. Mr. Zhao received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Shandong University in 1985 and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology in China in 1989. Mr. Zhao is a fluent speaker of English, Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese.

Mr. Chiu joined Deer as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Asia Pacific in 2007. Prior to joining Deer, from January 2001 to May 2007, Mr. Chiu served as the Regional Manager, Asia Pacific as well as Sourcing Director, Asia Pacific at Hamilton Beach Proctor-Silex, Inc. Mr. Chiu obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Economics from Hong Kong University. He obtained an MBA degree from Charles Sturt University, Australia in 2001. He also received a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of London in 2006. A seasoned global household appliance industry executive, Mr. Chiu is a fluent speaker of English, Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese.

Ms. Wang joined the Company since its inception in 1995 as the Assistant Corporate Secretary. Ms. Wang obtained her Bachelor's degree in International Trade from Xi'An Foreign Languages Institute in July, 1995. She is a fluent speaker of English, Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese.
